Really enjoyed its wonderfully helpful and responsive staff.
I had deluxe king room that also was complete with all the facilities, a nice balcony plus a great view. The location was prime; close to a museum and a temple👌

It was based in very good building in a prime and comfortable location, so close to the waterfront. I was there for 3 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast. The staff members were all fabulously helpful and very friendly.

Excellent location just steps away from Marine Drive and Churchgate Station. The rooftop breakfast area offers a great view. The staff at Chateau Windsor were always out to please and provided fantastic service. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money. I would recommend this hotel for a Mumbai experience.

We liked the location of the hotel, very close to main objectives. The hotel rooms were very clean.
First we had the second ranked room as price and that was far from the pictures showed on the net. We asked for another room, similar with the ones from the pictures. We were given a nicer room and after some negociations we also got a small discount.
